Castle Green tapas plate -
honey roast chorizo sausage,
spanish olives with salted almonds and orange,
tempura calamari and anchovies with aïoli, ham,
membrillo (quince paste)
and Manchego croquettes

Roast local hand dived scallops
with butternut squash risotto, crispy Pancetta,
rocket and Parmesan

With green curry sauce and asian salad
